Prime Minister Narendra Modi participated in the 26th Meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, held from August 31 to September 1, 2026. The summit marked the 25th anniversary of the SCO and focused on security, connectivity, regional cooperation and economic opportunities.
