Government e Marketplace and the Textiles Committee signed an MoU to promote public procurement of recycled and upcycled textile products. The collaboration will create a 'Waste-to-Value-to-Market' ecosystem for converting textile waste, scrap and used clothes into value-added products for government buyers.
