Summary (English)
The 16th National Conference of State Biodiversity Boards and Union Territory Biodiversity Councils began in Chandigarh on September 6, 2026. Organised by the National Biodiversity Authority, the two-day conference brings together senior officials, experts and scientists to discuss biodiversity conservation, traditional knowledge and community participation.
