India and Bhutan reviewed their bilateral partnership at the conclusion of External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar's September 16-18 visit. Key initiatives included a 65-bed Gyaltsuen Jetsun Pema Mother and Child Hospital in Mongar, the Jaganathan Bridge, transfer of 43 Jersey cows, handing over of 54 electric vehicles and groundwork for the 500 kW Lunana Hydropower Project.
