Summary (English)
The National Statistics Office released findings of the Domestic Tourism Expenditure Survey conducted from July 2025 to June 2026 as part of the NSS 80th Round. Pilgrimage and religious travel accounted for 48% of overnight trips in the relevant annual category, while business trips recorded the highest average expenditure among the 30-day overnight-trip categories.
