Summary (English)
The Indian Army launched 'Bharat Rice' for defence personnel in New Delhi in the presence of Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Minister Pralhad Joshi. The rice will be supplied directly to Army Supply Depots, including those in Ladakh and the North East. The Army also signed an MoU with the Food Corporation of India.
