Defence Minister Rajnath Singh represented India at the 25th Meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. India called for collective action against terrorism and stressed that connectivity initiatives must respect national sovereignty and territorial integrity.
